Swimboard is our process management tool. With its BPMN editor, administrators can create processes, break them down into tasks, and define all possible paths. Teams, deadlines, and input/output data are linked, and Swimboard sets things in motion. Processes can be triggered manually, via Excel import, or automatically.

Employees get a clear overview of their tasks, with info on who completed the previous task and what needs to be done next. This helps teams communicate better. Swimboard also supports dynamic deadlines, has an incident management module, and allows for adjustments when processes need to change.

In addition to the built-in reports, Swimboard enables users to generate custom reports across various models. So far, Swimboard has successfully processed over 2 million tasks!
